Partner programme terms
1. Participation
The partner programme is run by Hoptimaal, Leeghwater 5, Amersfoort, the Netherlands. You can take part from age 18, with a channel that meets the requirements on the application page. Hoptimaal reviews every application and may reject it or end a partnership without giving reasons.
2. Commission
7.5% of the amount the customer pays for products, after discounts, excluding VAT, shipping, deposit and gift cards. No commission on your own orders or on orders by household members placed to earn commission. For a Beer Club subscription only the first order counts.
3. Attribution
An order counts for the partner whose link the customer last came in through, if the customer orders within 14 days in the same browser. Hoptimaal does not place its own tracking cookie for this; attribution runs through the shopping cart. In case of doubt, Hoptimaal's records decide.
4. Final and payment
Commission becomes final 30 days after the order, if it has been paid and not cancelled or returned; for a partial return the remaining amount counts. In the first week of each month Hoptimaal pays the final balance to the IBAN provided, from €25. You are responsible for tax on your income.
5. Alcohol advertising code
You comply with the Dutch Advertising Code for Alcoholic Beverages (STIVA) and the rules in your own country: no content aimed at or featuring minors, no encouragement of excessive drinking, no link to driving, sport or performance, and an 18+ notice where possible.
6. Not allowed
Paid ads with your partner link, advertising on or with the Hoptimaal brand name, discount code and cashback sites, spam, misleading claims about prices or availability, and presenting yourself as Hoptimaal.
7. Disclosure
You tell your audience that you work with Hoptimaal, for example with #partner or 'in partnership with Hoptimaal'.
8. Abuse
In case of abuse or breach of these terms, outstanding commission lapses and the partnership ends immediately.
9. Changes and ending
Hoptimaal may change these terms or the commission rate; you will be told by email at least 30 days in advance. You can stop at any time; final commission will still be paid.
10. Data
Hoptimaal keeps your name, email address, channel and payment details only for the partner programme and its accounts.
